Toxicologie Analytique et Clinique is a journal with an international peer review committee. It dedicates all of its articles specifically to this field. Toxicology is a scientific discipline that studies the harmful effects of a molecule on the organism. It is interested in the consequences of toxins in contact with the organism. These products can make a person dependent and degrade the body.
It covers all the following aspects: hospital, medico-legal, environment, occupational health, doping, addiction, alternative matrices, quality assurance. To measure this toxicology, two parameters are taken into account: the severity of the effects and the time of appearance of the effects. The first parameter explains whether or not it is reversible. The second represents the appearance of the effects during different periods of life.
For this, Toxicologie Analytique et Clinique puts in place suggestions by the editorial board. These are articles short enough to obtain a maximum of information. Technical notes, letters to the editor but also editorials on current topics are at the heart of this analysis.
In addition, it also publishes theme issues and the work of the French Society of Analytical Toxicology and the Society of Clinical Toxicology.
