    It depends on the frequency of the magazine and on the publisher to whom we send your order. You should receive it within 4 to 8 weeks.

    To change the delivery address of your subscription, follow these steps :

    3. Select the magazine concerned.
    4. Click on “I want to change my delivery address”.
    5. Enter your new details.

    The confidential details you are asked to supply concerning your credit card are transmitted directly to the BNP Paribas Bank server. UNI-Presse does not have access to this information. When you click to confirm your order and to pay by credit card, you are connected directly to the payment site of BNP Paribas Bank. You will be asked to type in the 16 numbers of your credit card, the expiry date, and the final three numbers of the security code on the back of your card. Your payment is registered under a highly secure encrypted code on the BNP Paribas Bank site.

    If you are ordering a subscription for yourself, and another subscription for someone else, there is one single payment, whether by credit card or by cheque, for both subscriptions.

    On the UNI-Presse site, you can subscribe for whomever you like, whether for yourself or another person. When filling out the subscription form, simply indicate that the delivery address is different from the billing address. You can even add a personalized message for the person.

  • How do I access and use my digital library? Show Results

    – Go to the UNI-Presse website: https://www.uni-presse.fr/
    – Log in with the account from which you made your purchases.
    – If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgotten password” to reset it.

    2. Access to the digital library
    – In the top right-hand corner of the site, click on “My digital library”.
    – You can also access it via “My account” > “My digital library” > “My orders”.

    3. Select and read a title
    – In your digital library, select a magazine by clicking on its cover.
    – Select the issue you wish to read and click on “Read”.

  • If I offer a subscription, will the recipient be informed? Show Results

    The recipient will only be informed if you take out a personalized gift card or if you enter their contact details at the time of purchase. Otherwise, they will not be informed.
