  • When will I receive the first issue of my subscription at UNI-Presse? Show Results

    It depends on the frequency of the magazine and on the publisher to whom we send your order. You should receive it within 4 to 8 weeks.

    If you change address, you should let the UNI-Presse subscription service know promptly, if possible 30 days before the change of address.     The confidential details you are asked to supply concerning your credit card are transmitted directly to the BNP Paribas Bank server. UNI-Presse does not have access to this information. When you click to confirm your order and to pay by credit card, you are connected directly to the payment site of BNP Paribas Bank. You will be asked to type in the 16 numbers of your credit card, the expiry date, and the final three numbers of the security code on the back of your card. Your payment is registered under a highly secure encrypted code on the BNP Paribas Bank site.

    If you are ordering a subscription for yourself, and another subscription for someone else, there is one single payment, whether by credit card or by cheque, for both subscriptions.

    On the UNI-Presse site, you can subscribe for whomever you like, whether for yourself or another person. When filling out the subscription form, simply indicate that the delivery address is different from the billing address. You can even add a personalized message for the person.
