I can’t connect to my account, what can I do?

If you are unable to log in to your UNI-Press account, first of all, check that you have returned correctly:

• your id (e-mail address)
• your password

Also check that a UNI-Presse account has been created from this email address. If in doubt, ask for a reset of your account password: Reset my password.
