The relatively young review was the first to offer an interdisciplinary approach to contractual law. Four issues per year. There are three general issues which each contain:
"Chroniques" which presents in-depth analysis of all new laws and relevant jurisprudence;
"Pratiques" which offers templates and models for contracts and advice on how to draw up contractual documents;
"Recherches" which offers a crtitical review of recent relevant articles, books and symposia;
"Débats", providing different points of view on current issues.
One issue per year is dedicated to publishing the proceedings of a major symposium on contractual law.
