Every two months the Bulletin Joly Bourse offers a complete overview on current stock market news in France and Europe (Autorités des Marchés Financières [AMF]; savings offers; money laundering; fiscal penal law; takeover bids; market infrastructures; investment services; etc).
As from 2008, the contents have been redesigned to offer:
- an editorial, with a survey of fiscal legislation, organized by subject matter, and an insight into current events by a stock market expert
- a section on major fiscal jurisprudence, commented by experts
- an in-depth examination of a complex and controversial topic by a university academic or a respected practitioner
plus
- an annual supplementary issue, on one of the year's important topics
