When will I receive the first issue of my UNI-Presse subscription?

This depends on the number of issues per year, and on the magazine’s publisher. On average, your first issue should arrive within about 4 to 8 weeks.

How do I make a gift UNI-presse subscription?

On UNI-Presse site, you can subscribe for whomever you like, whether for yourself or another person. When filling out the subscription form, simply indicate that the delivery address is different from the billing address. You can even add a personalized message for the person.

How secure is the HSBC Bank online payment service that UNI-Presse uses?

The confidential details you are asked to supply concerning your credit card are transmitted directly to the HSBC Bank server. UNI-Presse does not have access to this information. When you click to confirm your order and to pay by credit card, you are connected directly to the payment site of HSBC Bank. You will be asked to type in the 16 numbers of your credit card, the expiry date, and the final three numbers of the security code on the back of your card. Your payment is registered under a highly secure encrypted code on the HSBC Bank site.
VIf you are ordering a subscription for yourself, and another subscription for someone else, there is one single payment, whether by credit card or by cheque, for both subscriptions.

Will my personal details be treated with confidentiality?

UNI-Presse guarantees to treat any information you give us with the strictest confidence. Under the terms of French law (la Loi Informatique et Libertés du 6 janvier 1978 modifiée), you are entitled to consult information held about you, to correct it, or to ask that it be removed.

What should I do if I change address?

If you change address, you should let the UNI-Presse subscription service know promptly, if possible 30 days before the change of address. This will ensure that your subscription continues smoothly. You can inform us of your change address by telephone, by fax, by email, by post — whichever you prefer. Please list both your old and your new address, and quote your subscriber number.
