The Bulletin des laboratoires des ponts et chaussées (BLPC) is a scientific journal, launched in June 1963. It is  multidisciplinary in scope and coversthe full range of LCPC laboratories activities: public works, geotechnical engineering and natural hazards, structures, roads and road safety, and the civil engineering sciences.


The mission of this journal is , by means of disseminating results from research conducted by LCPC and its partner Ponts et chausses laboratories, to foster the bond between the world of research and hands-on engineering practice.


The target audience, both in France and abroad, consists of centers for applied research, engineering companies, engineering project owners and contractors, practicing engineers and technical specialists.
